Supply Chain Consulting, Executed

We Don’t Just Advise. We Execute.

We’re a boutique, end-to-end supply chain consulting firm built by former operators. We bring white glove advisory to every engagement, and we stay through execution.

Who we are

Former operators. Real implementation experience.

Every Summit advisor has held an operating role. We have run distribution centers, owned transportation P/L, carried peak season, and drove KPIs for service levels, on the client side of the table.

We have also implemented the systems our clients are modernizing: Warehouse and transportation management, automation, and labor and inventory platforms. We have designed them, configured them, tested them, and lived through go-live weekends.

That range lets one partner move from a Board of Directors strategy conversation to the operational detail on the floor without a handoff and without losing context.

Strategy to floor

One team across executive planning and daily execution.

Client-side perspective

We have owned the outcomes we now advise on.

Technology fluency

Operators who also implement the systems.

Stay through sustainment

We do not leave after the recommendation.

The difference

What makes Summit different.

01

Client-side operators and technologists

Multi-industry leaders who have sat in the seats our clients sit in today, across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, consumer products, healthcare, and food.

02

Real outcomes, not just theoretical frameworks

Recommendations are modeled after your volumes, your labor, your service commitments and then measured against actual results.

03

Agile enough to shift with you

Scope changes. Acquisitions land. Peak moves. We adjust the plan with you instead of defending the original deck.

04

End to end, assessment through sustainment

Assessment, recommendations, design, implementation, go live support, change management, and ongoing operational sustainment under one partner.

05

Senior expertise without the firm overhead

Boutique structure means senior advisors do the work. No pyramid of junior staff learning on your engagement.

How we work

A connected route, not three handoffs.

  1. STEP 01

    Solution Partnering

We analyze the gaps alongside your team and identify solutions that hold up over the long term, not just the ones that close a slide.

  2. STEP 02

    Efficient Implementation

We move from recommendation into measurable action quickly, sequencing the work so operations keep running while change lands.

  3. STEP 03

    Long-Term Sustainability

Visibility, analytics, support, change management, and operational sustainment so the gains stay in place after we step back.

Industry experience

Cross Industry Supply Chain Consulting.

Our deepest case-study work sits in retail and ecommerce networks. From there, the same operator playbook carries into adjacent industries where the physics of inventory, labor, and transportation are the same.
