About Summit Advisory Team

Who Is Summit?

A boutique end to end supply chain consulting firm, specializing in strategy, operations, and technology. We are former operators who provide white glove advisory; not detached observers, but partners who have implemented the same systems our clients are modernizing.

The firm

Advisors who stay long enough to be accountable.

Summit was built by supply chain operators and technologists who spent their careers running distribution networks, implementing warehouse and transportation systems, and answering for the results. That perspective shapes every engagement.

  1. 01

    We embed with your team

Summit advisors work inside your operation, on the floor, in the planning meetings, in the steering committees. Shared calendars, shared metrics and accountability. The work does not happen in a vacuum and handed off as a PDF deck.

  2. 02

    We see around corners

Our advisors have held the operating roles our clients hold today. That experience surfaces the second- and third-order effects of a decision: the labor plan behind the automation, the carrier mix behind the network model. We surface them before they become surprises.

  3. 03

We connect strategy to operational reality

Board-level material and dock-level execution are the same conversation for us. We translate executive intent into a plan operators can run, and translate operational constraints back into terms the board can act on.

  4. 04

We stay through implementation and sustainment

Engagements continue past the recommendation into design, execution, go-live support, change management, and ongoing sustainment. We are measured on your successes in implementation, not just what we turn over in a final presentation.

Summit Advisory Team

One Partner. Endless Possibilities.

Strategy, operations, technology, and leadership under one accountable partner, so the plan, the system, and the people who run it stay aligned.

What makes us unique

Boutique by design. Operator-led by default.

These are the reasons clients keep us through implementation instead of switching partners after the assessment.

01

Client-side operators and technologists

Multi-industry leaders who have sat in the seats our clients sit in today, across retail, ecommerce, wholesale, consumer products, healthcare, and food and nutrition.

02

Real outcomes, not theoretical frameworks

Recommendations are modeled after your volumes, your labor, your service commitments and then measured against actual results.

03

Agile enough to shift with you

Scope changes. Acquisitions land. Peak moves. We adjust the plan with you instead of defending the original deck.

04

End to end, assessment through sustainment

Assessment, recommendations, design, implementation, go live support, change management, and ongoing operational sustainment under one partner.

05

Senior expertise without the firm overhead

A boutique structure means senior advisors do the work. No pyramid of junior staff learning on your engagement.

06

White glove from first call to sustainment

Small portfolio, direct access to partners, and a network of more than 100 experienced advisors when an engagement needs specialized depth.
